When you are woken up in the morning by Grandma’s “charming war-horn voice” and realize that another rendezvous with the deadly boring Balthasar von Bodeldung is pending, the only option left is a tactical retreat. The plan was simple, almost genius in its simplicity: Pick up Wooden-Head, head to the tavern, switch off brain. A little vacation from reality.
But as is so often the case in Tamriel, fate lurks where you least expect it –
sometimes in the form of a fluffy ball of fur with eyes like lanterns.

Behind the Scenes: AI Magic Meets Madness
To capture the completely twisted atmosphere of this episode – visually perfect – we experimented technically this time.
For the surreal dream sequences (or was it reality after all?), a good amount of artificial intelligence was used. The visually stunning backgrounds and scenes were generated with Google Gemini and then animated by Kling AI. This helped us create exactly this floating, dreamlike look.

🎶 The Soundtrack to the Trip: Original Compositions & Lyrics
What would a proper hallucination be without the fitting background music? To ensure the mood between tavern and dream world hits the mark acoustically too, completely new soundtracks were created for this episode again, composed by Christian Uebersohn.
A lot of heart and soul went into two tracks in particular, which we contributed to ourselves. The lyrics were penned by Kerstin Willemeit (Patsy). Fun detail: The song was created back in October 2025 and was just waiting for the perfect moment to finally be unleashed on humanity.
